Are you doing face to face interviews?
Currently we are doing video interviews so people can safely social distance while still being able to meet the team.
When are you expecting to go back into the office and what measures will be taken to protect employees?
This will depend on each country and region but to ensure if we do go back into the office that everyone is safe we will implement social distancing with, no physical contact, specialif desk arrangements, copious amounts of hand sanitiser, antibacterial sprays, daily wipe downs by our cleaners, and making sure that all staff are aware of the rules before coming back in. We have also tried to protect our staff while working from home so we sent out care packages including masks and hand sanitiser.
What’s your remote working policy?
Most offices are closed until March 2021. Pre Covid we had flexible work from home policies in every office. . Each office is different, but once things open up, there will be no requirement to come into the office every day, or even every week. In most offices, you do need to be available to attend important meetings/ events.
Any tips for remote interviews?
Just be yourself, here at Concentrix Tigerspike we understand how nerve-racking interviews can be whether face to face or over zoom! A couple of tips, make sure when you interview you are in a quiet place if possible (is that possible with kids?!)
