Results

By observing, listening and experiencing the QSR work environment first-hand, Tigerspike were able to identify the motivations, behaviors and needs of business managers, employees and customers. Combining these activities with usability testing, we were able to provide clear recommendations and an action plan to ensure AirREGI delivered the best possible user experience.

Key findings and recommendations from user research have helped to guide the vision and business strategy for AirREGI for iPad in the USA.
