Business Challenge


Nuffield’s Healthscore platform had been released on website and across mobile but with limited results.
Nuffield wanted to make Healthscore central to how users monitor their health and to, in turn, promote their other services.

Opportunity


At the point where Tigerspike were engaged, the mobile product was not achieving the desired level of penetration or user engagement. If the mobile product could be improved then this could build Healthscore’s user base and engagement with this and other areas of the Nuffield brand.

Outcome


Tigerspike overhauled the code base and the user experience of the application. In doing so, we also integrated technology such as HealthKit to allow personal health data to be ingested and analysed from multiple devices.
Iterations of the updated mobile product were released and increased engagement, drawing new users to the platform.
