Business Challenge


M-KOPA is rapidly growing but faces challenges in recruiting, training and retaining the best sales talent to keep up with their growth plans. M-KOPA was looking to scale the operation of their sales teams, drive efficiency and improve conversion rates.

Approach


By following our Experience Definition approach, Tigerspike worked with M-KOPA business stakeholders and sales staff to design and test an Android solution that would work well in areas of poor or no connectivity. Tigerspike developed this on the Xamarin framework to enable a future multi-platform option and allow M-KOPA developers to take on future versions.

Outcome


The solution has been well received by the sales team in the field, and is quickly driving greater control, efficiency, improved conversion rates and has simplified on-boarding process, allowing new sales members to learn skills more quickly.
