Business need

Trusted by over 2,000 hospitals and 35,000 retail pharmacies, Clinical Pharmacology is a comprehensive drug information source. Only available via the web, Elsevier wanted to extend access to the service to include mobile and position Clinical Pharmacology as the number one drug reference solution.

Tigerspike led the user research, design and development of Clinical Pharmacology mobile app. Ensuring pharmacists needs were central to the experience, ‘speed to answer’ was the guiding principle informing the app’s navigation, flow and data structure, Each major feature is one-tap away, and all extraneous steps have been removed or optimized to complement a clinician’s busy workflow.
