Centrica Energy’s Central IT Group were looking to make a measurable impact on the ‘Customer Experience’ of their services by exploring the role that mobility could play within the HR division of the business.

Approach


By running workshops with various HR and field staff, it was identified that the process that caused the most frustration for staff and had the greatest impact on the business was paper-based staff time sheeting. The Tigerspike Experience Definition Team designed an iOS App that enabled quick time sheet entry that integrated directly with Centrica’s SAP expenses systems.
