The purpose of this notice is to highlight various obligations, best practices and tools that support compliance with data privacy regulations applicable to Concentrix in its role as both data controller as well as processor.

This notice applies to any visitors of Concentrix.com website, its operating units, and wholly owned subsidiaries worldwide.

4.1     Collection of your information

To process your request on Concentrix.com, will require you to share certain information about you with Concentrix, which will be stored, processed, and retained by Concentrix.

We may collect and store this information and combine this information with other personal information you may have provided, and use and process the same in accordance with this notice. The Personal Information required to be provided by you may include, but is not limited to:

ii. Email addresses,

iii. Telephone number

iv. Job title and company details

6.1 Information Disclosure

Concentrix does not share, sell, rent, or trade personal information collected through Concentrix.com with third parties for their sole promotional purposes or as otherwise outlined in this Privacy Notice. Concentrix may share information with third party service providers contracted to provide services on our behalf for processing to provide your employment related services and benefits and other business purposes. These third party service providers may only use information we provide to them as requested and instructed by Concentrix.

i. Concentrix may disclose your Personal Information as we believe to be necessary or appropriate:

a) under applicable law, including laws outside your country of residence;

b) to comply with legal process;

c) to respond to requests from public and government authorities, including public and government authorities outside your country of residence, for national security and/or law enforcement purposes;

d) to enforce our terms and conditions; and

e) to allow us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain.

ii. Additionally, in the event of a reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings), we may transfer the Personal Information we have collected to the relevant third party.

If Concentrix goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personal information collected through our website(s) may be among the assets transferred. A prominent notice will appear on our website(s) for 30 days after any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.

6.2  Cross-Border Data Transfers

When conducting business, working on Company projects, or implementing new processes or systems, an operation may require the transfer of personal information to other entities or third parties that are located outside of the Concentrix operation’s country of business. While permissible data transfer mechanisms are defined by applicable law or regulation, examples include:

i. a data transfer agreement with the party who will access or obtain the personal information

ii. notice to and/or approval from a country’s local data protection authority; or

iii. notice to and/or consent from the individual whose data is to be transferred.

Please note that such transfer of information could be made outside the European Economic Area. We will continue to use European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses as a legal mechanism for data transfers from the EU. As explained in the EU Data Protection Unit FAQ, these clauses are contractual commitments between companies transferring personal data binding them to protect the privacy and security of the data.

7. Consent and Control

7.1 Consent

Your consent and acceptance of this privacy notice is mandatorily required to register your request on Concentrix.com, if you wish to avail any of the above services. You may additionally choose to avail of any additional services by way of “opting-in” for such service by ticking the appropriate check box confirming that you understand and agree to the processing of your personal information in the manner required to obtain that particular service.

7.2 Control of your information

Concentrix also provides you the right to control your personal information, which includes the right to access, modify, erase, restrict, transmit, or object to certain uses of their information.

If you have privacy concerns regarding access to or the correction of your Personal Information, please contact us at privacy contact information mentioned within Section 13 “Privacy Contact Information” of this notice. In your request, please make clear as to what Personal Information of yours’ you have a request for and what action is desired.

While the majority of questions and issues related to access can be handled quickly, complex requests may take more research and time. In such cases, issues will be addressed, or you will be contacted regarding the nature of the problem and appropriate next steps, within thirty days.

8. Data Storage

Concentrix may transfer your information from Concentrix.com to other Concentrix systems and store it on Concentrix owned systems.

9. Commitment to data security

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees and business partners (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information.

We implement security safeguards designed to protect your data, such as HTTPS. We regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks and take appropriate actions in case any vulnerabilities are found.

10. Retention and disposal

Concentrix Personal information shall be retained only as long as necessary for the fulfilment of the stated purposes, and shall be disposed thereafter. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, contact us via the information above. We will respond to your request to access within 30 days.

We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Please refer to end of this notice for providing your Acceptance of this notice. Your consent to this notice and personal data collection and processing may be revoked by deactivating your account or by notifying us via the details mentioned in section 13.

If you believe that your privacy has been breached, please contact us using the contact information below and provide details of the incident so that we can investigate it.

Our procedure for investigating and dealing with privacy breaches is to ascertain all relevant facts and correspond with those involved (including where relevant our clients), reach a view as to the existence, scope and cause of the issue, and where relevant and appropriate, implement corrective or rectification measures, in accordance with applicable law.
