As a Senior Product Designer in Tigerspike, you will have the opportunity to define, launch and scale meaningful and accessible consumer and enterprise grade digital products that people love to use while gaining experience across multiple industries, mediums, platforms and clients. You will achieve that, by engaging across the full spectrum of a product life cycle:  Strategy, data and research, ideation, solution hypothesis and prototyping, validation, design and implementation. You'll work with stakeholders and a highly talented, cross-functional product team of passionate people in a mature agile environment.

What skills/experience will you need?

  • 5+ years of iterative product design within agile product teams
  • Definition and launch of MVPs
  • Qualitative / Quantitative data driven growth of established products
  • Definition and scaling of design systems
  • Experience in native apps (iOS and Android) 
  • You're proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch and Invision but not ready to give up paper and pencil You are comfortable with user testing platforms
  • Effective storytelling and communication skills
  • Creative thinking and problem solving
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Comfortable with agile delivery practices and pragmatic iterative processes
  • You thrive when you’re in a fast paced, ever changing environment and you're comfortable with ambiguity. You’re proactive, have a sense of entrepreneurship and work well autonomously.
  • Experience in responsive web is a plus

UI skills

  • Fluent both in iOS and Android design patterns
  • Experienced with atomic design approach to design systems
  • Comfortable with responsive grids
  • Proficient in interaction design
  • Able to translate complex functional requirements to simple and meaningful experiences
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineers in regards to requirements and project implementation 

Visual design skills

  • Developed aesthetics in terms of typography, colour, visual design, layout, grids, iconography and design coherence, in line with branding and accessibility requirements.

UX skills

  • Workshop facilitation (strategy, ideation, affinity mapping) and stakeholder engagement
  • Documentation, analysis and validation of business requirements
  • User interviews, corridor and guerilla testing, remote usability testing
  • Sketching and low fidelity prototyping, wireframing with annotations
  • Information architecture analysis, definition of user flows
  • End to end user journeys and definition of user archetypes
