We are looking for an experienced Delivery leader with a passion for digital, who is a great communicator and an energetic problem solver to oversee the delivery of projects.

You will be accountable for the successful delivery of the regional portfolio of small, medium and large projects and programmes across multiple industries.

What will you do?

You will be primarily responsible for the smooth, profitable and timely delivery of Concentrix Tigerspike projects.

Locally- together with the other department heads, you will set production and delivery policies and standards that drive the timeliness and quality of company deliverables (both software and non-software) and for ensuring that those policies and standards are adhered to by the team.

Globally- alongside your peers in the other offices you will drive standards and best practice. An inspirational leader, the Head of Delivery demonstrates great communication skills, collaboration, vision and thought leadership helping clients to make positive choices about the services Concentrix Tigerspike provides.

Promoting a self-managing team, you will quickly understand complex problems and mentor and motivate your team to solve their problems and/or provide clear and concise direction and advice.

As well as mentoring the existing Project Management team, conducting 1:1s and appraisals, you will be involved in recruitment to grow your team.

Whilst you’d love to say you’re always right, you’re open to other ways of thinking and doing things differently and happy to admit when you’re wrong.

Your approach is direct, but not rude, you’re a leader who can demonstrate by example where needs must and finally you’re pragmatic yet empathetic.

In addition, you should possess the following:

  • Several years of experience as a Project Manager or Programme Manager
  • Skills in leadership and managing a team
  • Previous experience working in an agency or consultancy
  • Exposure to mobile and web app development projects
  • Exposure to UX research and design projects
  • A strong understanding of project management methodologies with experience managing multiple digital projects concurrently
  • An understanding of how a successful portfolio of projects contributes to business success
  • Experience working with and managing multidisciplinary teams both internally and externally 
  • Practical experience with Agile and Scrum
  • Working knowledge of a range of software (G suite/Microsoft, project planning software, task/product management)
  • Proven ability to keep your cool in a fast-paced environment that’s at times ambiguous and ever-changing

It's a bonus if you also have:

  • Client-side experience
  • A real passion and curiosity for technology
  • Formal project management accreditations
