We’re at an exciting stage in our growth in the US and now looking for a Senior User Interface Designer who is a thinker, a problem solver and most importantly a lover of all things design!

You will

  •  Be expected to wear multiple hats spending your time split between project work and supporting new business.
  • Report to the Head of Experience Design
  • Lead the user interface design on projects, driving towards effective solutions for our clients. Stakeholder management and education in the value of design will be a key part of the position.
  • Partner with our clients and cross-discipline teams across all phases of the experience design process ranging from Discovery, Design, Development, and Deployment.
  • Create high-end, innovative interfaces and experiences to solve key client challenges, along with ensuring high quality and on-time delivery of design deliverables.
  • Work alongside other Senior UX and UI Designers in the USA and Europe and, as we grow, act as a mentor to junior and mid-level design team members on project teams.
  • Be responsible for all aspects of visual design, user interface design, and interaction design for a given project.
  • Have the opportunity to work on projects across different verticals such as digital innovation for an insurance company,  creating consumer design solutions for financial services and healthcare along with helping to educate client-side digital teams with methodologies and best practices to drive the right solutions. 

You have

  • At least 4 years experience in experience in Design, preferably in a consulting or agency environment 
  • A consultative mindset: Listening and understanding the client’s challenges, becoming their partner, advising and supporting them in driving successful outcomes
  • Strong client-facing presentation skills; confident ability to present to clients at all levels
  • Strategic thinking with a solid understanding of research and user experience design methodologies and  best practices
  • Expertise in research and user experience design.  Focus on strategy and implementation (workshop facilitation, stakeholder interviews, user interviews, contextual inquiries, personas, journey mapping, service blueprints, competitive and market research, heuristic reviews, analytics, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction design etc.)
  • Deep knowledge of design principles for iOS, Android and Web solutions (including Responsive Design and native applications)
  • Demonstrate strong appreciation and knowledge of UX and fundamental design principles
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, Zeplin, Figma, Miro etc.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating approach, process and outcome for a full project from strategy to design implementation
