As a Senior User Experience Designer, your tools at Tigerspike will be empathy, thinking power and understanding of human behaviour and psychology.

You will be a part of a cross-functional team; leading user research activities and creating solutions based on insights. You’ll work with talented and passionate people who love what they do in an informal, yet high energy office.

What experience/ skills do you need?

  • A sense of entrepreneurship- you’re a self-starter and a leader who always asks “why”
  • Native mobile experience is a must
  • A practitioner of Human Centered Design
  • Skilled at deciphering ambiguous client briefs into tangible requirements and deliverables
  • Stakeholder management- the capability to inspire, persuade and align clients and turn ideas into world-class experiences
  • Ability to keep your cool in a fast-paced environment that’s ever-changing
  • Expert in requirement gathering through workshops, interviews and research
  • Previous experience working in an agency or consultancy is highly desired
  • Experience working in an Agile environment is a bonus
