Tigerspike Singapore is looking for a Scrum Master to join the team. Scrum Masters at Tigerspike are responsible for managing the successful delivery of world-leading digital applications national and international clients. They are accountable for the entire project lifecycle from commercial sign-off and conception through design, engineering, test and release.

What’s the job? 

  • Being an Agile champion and guiding one or more teams in the adoption of agile/scrum principles
    Ensuring effective and efficient meetings such as stand-ups, sprint planning, release planning and retrospectives
  • Collaborating with the Product Owner to ensure backlogs are groomed and maintained
    Providing business support for enhancements, change requests, bug fixes, user acceptance testing, project documentation and test cases.
  • Assisting in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, resolving any outstanding issues faced in the course of projects.
  • Coordinating cross-functional meetings to create project plans, release plans and other artifacts as needed.
  • Building and promoting an open, trusting and respectful team environment; facilitating discussion, collaborative decision making and conflict resolution.

What skills and experience do you need?

  • It is crucial that you have a strong understanding of project management methodologies with experience in managing technical and digital projects. The key requirements are:
    At least 4 years of Project Management and Scrum Master experience ideally with 2 years in the mobile industry
  • Experience in applying a variety of project management methodologies where appropriate
    Desired formal Agile and Scrum accreditations (CSM, PSM)
  • Experience working with and managing multidisciplinary teams both internally and externally with experience specifically delivering projects to Tier 1 brands
    Fully conversant in the MS office suite (including MS Project) together with other project tools such as Jira
  • Great organisational, planning and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills including facilitation and coaching and able to lead and influence others
