You will be accountable for the entire programme including the lifecycle of all projects from commercial sign off and conception through design, engineering, test and release.

We’re looking for thinkers and problem solvers who are systematic in everything they do.

As a Programme Manager at Tigerspike, you will be responsible for running a large programme of work, with multiple projects across both iOS and Android applications. 

You will inspire your team and mentor the project managers on the programme. 

You will be responsible for governance, programme reporting and the smooth, timely and efficient delivery of the programme. Working closely with the Client Partner, you will also interact with the client, helping them to understand and mitigate the key risks and issues on the programme and to continue to deliver best in class products for our client.  

You’ll work with talented and passionate people who love what they do in an informal, yet high energy environment.

What experience/ skills do I need?

  • Several years of experience as a Programme Manager, with exposure to mobile and web app development projects
  • A strong understanding of project management methodologies with experience managing multiple digital projects concurrently
  • Working knowledge of the G Suite as well as with other project management tools such as Gantt chart software and Jira
  • Experience working with and managing multidisciplinary teams both internally and externally 
  • Practical experience and formal accreditations with Agile and Scrum
  • Proven ability to keep your cool in a fast-paced environment that’s at times ambiguous and ever-changing

It's a bonus if you also have:

  • Previous experience working in an agency or consultancy
  • A real passion and curiosity for technology
