Tigerspike Singapore is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who is excited to work alongside a talented group of innovators to create digital products to join our team. Being a Senior Business Analyst at Tigerspike requires you to be detail focused and systematic in everything you do. Being a part of the conversation from the start, you'll be responsible for defining and communicating project requirements. Collaborating with Product Owners, UX & UI designers and software engineers (web & mobile), you'll use your analytical and creative problem-solving skills to help shape, design and create solutions that address key business needs. You will be called upon for your product strategy and requirements management excellence.

What's the job:

Knowledge and experience at delivering with agility is key to this role - structuring requirements to deliver for impact and value while keeping the overall objectives in sight. You must be adept at working in a cross-discipline project team and taking ownership of keeping project backlogs in optimal shape. Some other key responsibilities include:

  • To establish and maintain effective client relationships, not only with the
  • Product Owner but also with key stakeholders from different business units.
  • Precisely capture business problems, value drivers, business requirements
  • and being able to put them in perspective with the user needs.
  • Collaborate with the product owners/stakeholders to Identify, define the
  • Products’ vision, its business requirements and convert them into
  • appropriate product documentation (product backlog, user stories,
  • diagrams etc. )
  • Able to Lead requirements sessions, its analysis and verification, ensuring
  • that requirement statements are complete, traceable, feasible,
  • unambiguous, and verifiable.
  • Interface with Product owners, Experience Design, Engineering, and Quality
  • Assurance teams to validate captured business requirements and deepen
  • knowledge bases. The ability to communicate the ‘why’ behind your work.
  • Support team members throughout the product life cycle, including the
  • pro-active raising of issues, dependencies, and risks.
  • Facilitating workshops, conducting meetings and presentations to share
  • ideas and findings.
  • Constantly improve our processes and ways of working

You should have...

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Comfortable working in an Agile environment
  • Experience in Business Analysis stream of work (Requirement Gathering and analysis, business modeling, process analysis etc) and in creating appropriate product documentation.
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience in working on mobile application products, iOS or Android and
  • Mobile Web
  • Workshop facilitation, conduct meetings and presentation skills.
