Senior Account Manager


Tigerspike Singapore is looking for a Senior Account Manager to help drive and develop long-lasting; strategic relationships throughout South East Asia and India.  We deliver business value to our customers by creating products that are differentiated by the experience, the technology, and the data derived from both.

Reporting into the Head of Sales and Partnerships you'll be working alongside a group of problem solvers who work collaboratively across all Tigerspike projects and client accounts. As a part of the Sales team, you will be responsible for account managing and advocating for the client internally and growing the business within client bases over a period of time. Clients include various organisations that are all benefiting from Tigerspike digital product projects.  You will be working closely with design, technology and delivery teams at Tigerspike and the role will involve spending a substantial amount of time with the customers on-site.

This role is crucial to the success of our clients’ product roadmaps and visions, where you will be in a position to shape the customer strategies, drive further efficiencies, retain clients and secure revenue for our business. This is an exciting role in a fast paced environment & would be great for someone who enjoys formulating account level strategies and development plans and gets excited about executing such strategies collaborating with different departments internally and partners and stakeholders externally.

Who are you?

You are an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset with at least 6 years of relevant experience in managing client accounts within digital services companies. You have excellent stakeholder management skills and have the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously. You have a business and solutions-oriented mindset. Your time management and organisational skills are unbeatable.
