Tigerspike is in search of an entrepreneurial and dynamic Head of Sales to lead the way in growing the America division. The position can be based anywhere in the USA, with regular domestic travel to the NYC office and beyond.

Who are you?

  • Have experience selling custom enterprise and consumer mobility solutions, experience design and strategy services

  • Thrive on building and leading high-performance sales teams and excel at high-level thinking and execution as well as influencing peers to achieve common goals

What’s the job?

This is a highly visible position with a great deal of responsibility regarding new levels of success in our business.  Working in a fast-paced startup kind of environment, you will need to deliver outcomes quickly and lead the AMER business through explosive growth and high high-performance that positions Concentrix/Tigerspike far above the competition. 

You will primarily be tasked with winning new business, either from expanding into new areas of our existing clients, tapping into your own network or winning new logos.

You’ll ensure our customers are successful by listening, providing expert advice, advocating for them and working collaboratively with your internal teams to ensure expectations are exceeded.

The sale strategy is yours to own. You’ll define and execute the strategy, managing the sales pipeline and reporting performance to the Executive team and senior leaders.

This is a rare sales opportunity to build a sales team from scratch and be the master of your own destiny.
