The Role

We’re looking for someone who is a thinker, problem-solver, and an advocate for human focused design solutions. 

As a Senior UX Designer your core skills are empathy with users, creative and analytical thinking and designing meaningful experiences. You will be a part of a cross-functional team, developing the user experience and leading user research activities from the beginning, building a strong relationship with the client and your team. You will work in close collaboration with analysts and software engineers and conduct quantitative & qualitative user research to make informed decisions.

You Are:

  • A highly collaborative individual who is as fascinated with design and technology as we are
  • Fascinated by how things work, can 'join the dots' creatively, solve problems and take advantage of opportunities
  • A problem solver

You Have:

  • 5+ years’ experience working in a UX Design role 
  • Proven experience inspiring clients and turning ideas into world-class experiences
  • Previous experience working in an agency or for a consultancy
  • Extensive experience in crafting user experiences for mobile and web
  • A solid background facilitating workshops/effectively running stakeholder workshops
  • Confident stakeholder management skills and the ability to persuade
  • Knowledge of Human-Centered Design principles
  • The innate ability to empathize with people and appreciate their context, culture and habits
  • A deep understanding of and appreciation for the context, medium and platforms you’re designing for
  • The ability to engage stakeholders to elicit business requirements & communicate the ‘why’ behind your work
  • A solid knowledge of Human Centered Design principles
  • Deep knowledge of contemporary design and user experience methodologies and principles.
  • An understanding of the importance of how data can inform design solutions
  • Experience working in agile environments
  • A positive outlook and minimal ego
