Tigerspike is in search of an entrepreneurial and dynamic New Logo Sales Executive to lead the way in growing the America division. The position can be based anywhere in the USA, with domestic travel to the NYC office and beyond as needed.

What’s the job?

This is a highly visible, incredibly impactful senior level selling position with a great deal of responsibility for driving new levels of success in our business.  Working in a fast-paced startup kind of environment, you will need to deliver outcomes quickly and will be crucial to lead the Tigerspike U.S. business through explosive growth and high-performance that positions Concentrix/Tigerspike far above the competition. 

You will be tasked with winning new business, either from expanding into new areas of our existing clients, tapping into your own network or winning new logos.

You’ll ensure our clients are successful by listening, providing expert advice, advocating for them and working collaboratively with your internal teams to ensure expectations are exceeded.

The overall sales strategy and your targets will be set by the Executive Sales Leader however your individual sales performance strategy is yours to own. You’ll organize and execute your personal success strategy that aligns with the overall Tigerspike sales strategy. You will be managing your components of the overall sales pipeline and report your performance to the senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond and win RFP's, initiate opportunity, prepare presentations, lead SOW and MSA work
  • Develop a thorough understanding of prospect or clients’ short-term and long-term strategic requirements through discussions with existing and prospective client executive management
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to establish optimal sales strategy for particular pursuits, based on client interactions
  • Collaborate with Sales Support; Account Management; Operations and other departments to ensure the client's expectations are being met or exceeded
  • Monitor economic and legal trends that could affect sales
  • Effectively present information to internal and external associates
