Tigerspike Singapore is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to work alongside our Talent Acquisition team as we continue to expand the Tigerspike team in the region. In this role, you will be interacting with candidates and employees at all level with a can-do positive attitude. You'll provide high quality communication to create a great experience throughout the entire hiring and onboarding process. You will be a brand and culture ambassador who's not being afraid to play an active role in engaging with colleagues, starting a conversation and meeting people.

The Talent Acquisition Manager is based in Singapore and will focus on the Asian offices needs (except Japan). From time to time, the Talent Acquisition Manager will be required to help with the hiring needs of other offices.

What's the job?

The Talent Acquisition Manager will:

  • Execute the recruiting and interviewing plan for open positions as directed, including reviewing applications to evaluate if they meet the position requirements and conducting pre-screening interviews
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
  • Proactively source candidates and develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
  • Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition
  • Attend student group meetings, and increase college awareness of the company before and after career fairs

You're passionate about technology and have at least two years of experience in Talent Acquisition in the Singaporean market and ideally in the Tech/Digital industry. You're a great task juggler. You know what to prioritise and you're so organised and reliable that you almost never drop balls. Also, you never miss a deadline. You're a clear communicator and you're hungry for results and growth. You're such a good team player that everyone wants to work with you.
