Tigerspike is an award-winning end to end digital services company with a mission to improve people’s lives through technology.

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be passionate about learning how businesses work and how the solutions we build will complement or transform experiences.

So, if you feel you’d thrive working within multi-disciplinary teams working on projects that push you out of your comfort zone, then read on.

The Role

As a Business Analyst at Tigerspike, you will take the lead in requirements elicitation and engineering, facilitating workshops, establishing and maintaining client relationships and help develop and implement product strategies.

You’ll work with talented and passionate people who love what they do in an informal, yet high energy environment.

Variety is something you’ll have in abundance at Tigerspike. You’ll gain experience across industries that range from  NGOs to Retail to Travel and have the chance to work at varying stages of a product’s lifecycle.
We have exciting opportunities with our partner AWS with their Connect product and with our parent company, Concentrix.

We plan to take advantage of technological advancements, exploring opportunities that maximise the value of data; to accelerate learning, consensus and decision-making; to reorient thinking, culture and processes towards human-centricity; to organise for innovation.

What experience and skills do you need?

We’re looking for thinkers and problem solvers who are systematic in everything they do. You should:

  • Have experience in crafting mobile application and web products
  • Understand technical system components and the ability to communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Be able to analyse and produce system specifications
  • Have experience interpreting data and business processes to identify effective solutions
  • Be the kind of person who is never afraid to speak your mind and ask the right questions
  • Possess the ability to decipher ambiguous client briefs into tangible requirements and deliverables
  • Know about contemporary research and requirement gathering methodologies and principles
  • Be able to keep your cool in a fast-paced environment that’s ever-changing
  • Have experience in facilitating requirement gathering workshops and associated techniques

It's a bonus if you also have:

  • A background in Software Engineering
  • Stakeholder management experience - ability to inspire, persuade and align clients
  • Previous experience working in an agency or consultancy is highly desired
  • Experience working in an Agile environment

What's in it for you?

Variety - No one day will likely be the same. You’ll have the chance to work on different platforms and across multiple industries and a variety of projects

Empowerment - to be autonomous within a team that is passionate to deliver quality. You’ll have the opportunity to influence the way we work and solve problems

Collaboration - you’ll work in multi-disciplinary teams, alongside highly experienced designers and engineers, enabling you to challenge each other and push each other to grow.

Mentorship -a chance to be mentored and supported by a community of industry experts with a wealth of experience, both locally and globally.

Innovation - our monthly ‘Innovation Day’ allows us to take a break from client work to spend time playing with the latest tech and improving our tools and techniques

Community - you’ll genuinely feel like part of the family from day one. We have a lot of fun at work and often go for dinner and drinks together outside of work, as well as the theatre, comedy shows, tough mudders and more!

What else?

  • Flexible and remote working
  • An annual allowance to spend on your personal growth such as learning French, Snowboarding lessons or even attending a wine tasting course
  • Pairing you with a buddy (in addition to your line manager), so your first day, week & month won’t feel daunting
  • Spontaneous plank and stretch breaks
  • Some of the other benefits we offer include:

  • 25 days’ holiday (in addition to all public holidays) and a bonus day for your birthday!
  • £60 monthly mobile phone allowance
  • Plenty of social events and some pretty awesome Christmas & Summer parties
