[Part-time position] Tigerspike Melbourne is looking for a part-time Desktop Support Technician who is excited to work alongside a talented group of innovators creating digital products.  You will be tasked day-to-day doing desktop support for our office Mac and Windows-laptop users, conference rooms, some degree of local network infrastructure maintenance, and joiner/leaver processes.  With the guidance of our Global TechOps team, you will also have the opportunity to learn a programming language and get experience working across AD administration, network infrastructure, Amazon AWS, Chef, CI Chain and other infrastructure needs of the company.

Who are you?

On top of that, you have the following experiences:

  • At least 1-2 years of desktop support experience with Mac clients, along with a suite of mobile & streaming devices
  • Previous experience with Microsoft technologies including Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Understanding of local network infrastructure operation and maintenance
  • Experience with VMware Fusion and/or Bootcamp for Mac
